Two-two rows, each of sixty-six Moons and sixty-six Suns are alternately rotating around the Mount Meru in the human-world. 79 એવં ગહાઈણો વિ હુ, નવર ધવપાસવત્તિણો તારા ! તે ચિય પાહિણંતા, તત્થવ સયા પરિમિત્તિ ૮૦
એ પ્રમાણે ગ્રહ વગેરેની પણ પંક્તિઓ જાણવી, પણ ધ્રુવતારાની નજીકમાં રહેલા તારાઓ તેને જ પ્રદક્ષિણા આપતા ત્યાં જ હંમેશા ફરે છે. (૮૦)
The stars, planets and constellations are also rotating around the Mount Meru, except the stars which are near the Pole-Star [The Great Bear (saptarshi) etc.). They rotate only around the Pole-Star. 80 પન્નરસ ચુલસીઈસય, ઈહ સસિરવિમંડલાઈ તકિખd. જોયણ પણ સય દસહિય, ભાગા અડયાલ ઇગસટ્ટા l૮૧
અહીં ચન્દ્રના અને સૂર્યના ક્રમશઃ ૧૫ અને ૧૮૪ મંડલ છે. તેમનું ક્ષેત્ર ૫૧૦૬ યોજન છે. (૮૧)

Distance between two mandalās of the Moon is of 35 599 [i.e. 4 parts out of 7 parts of the 61st part of a yojana] yojanās and distance between two mandalās of the Sun is of two yojanās. 82
