સંખ્યાતા કે અસંખ્યાતા ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે અને અવે છે. (૧૪૬).
Minimum time of upapāta viraha of all deities is one samaya (i.e. smallest unit of time.) The maximum and minimum time of cyavana viraha of all deities is same as that of upapāta viraha. Minimum Upapāta sankhyā and cyavana sankhyā (of one samaya) is one, whereas maximum upapāta sankhyā and cyavana sankhyā is 2, 3, ... numerable ... innumerable. 146 નરપંચિંદિયતિરિયાણુપત્તી, સુરભવે પજરાણું , અઝવસાયવિસેસા, તેસિં ગઈતારતમ્મ તુ /૧૪
પર્યાપ્ત મનુષ્યો અને પંચેન્દ્રિય તિર્યંચોની ઉત્પત્તિ દેવલોકમાં થાય છે, પણ અધ્યવસાયવિશેષથી તેમની ગતિમાં તારતમ્ય હોય છે. (૧૪૭)
Āgati (previous birth) of deities :
Fully developed five-sensed human beings and animals take birth in heaven in the next life. The place of birth differs according to their thoughts. 147 નર તિરિ અસંખજીવી, સવ્વ નિયમેણ જંતિ દેવેસુ ! નિયઆઉયસમહીણા-ઉએસુ ઈસાણઅંતેસુ I/૧૪૮
અસંખ્ય વર્ષના આયુષ્યવાળા બધા મનુષ્યો-તિર્યંચો નિયમ પોતાના આયુષ્યની સમાન કે ઓછા આયુષ્યવાળા ઈશાન સુધીના દેવલોકમાં જાય છે. (૧૪૮)
Human beings and animals having lifespan of innumerable years definitely take birth in first two heavens. There, their lifespan may be similiar to or less than the present birth’s lifespan. 148 જંતિ સમુચ્છિમતિરિયા, ભવણવણેસુ ન જોઈમાઈસુ.. જે તેસિં ઉવવાઓ, પલિયાસખંસઆઉસુ ૧૪૯
