Deities of the third and above heavens never take birth as Ekendriya. Deities of the ninth and above heavens take birth only as human beings. 165 દો કપ્ત કાયસેવી, દો દો દો ફરિસ-રૂવ-સદેહિં. ચહેરો મહેણુવરિમા, અપ્પનિયારા અહંતસુહા ૧૯દો.
બે દેવલોકના દેવો કાયા વડે મૈથુન સેવનારા છે, બે-બે-બે દેવલોકના દેવો ક્રમશઃ સ્પર્શ-રૂપ-શબ્દથી મૈથુન સેવનારા છે, ચાર દેવલોકના દેવો મનથી મૈથુન સેવનારા છે, ઉપરના દેવલોકના દેવો મૈથુન નહીં સેવનારા અને અનંત સુખવાળા છે. (૧૬).
Deities upto second heaven achieve sexual pleasure by physical sexual intercourse. Deities of third and fourth heaven achieve sexual pleasure by only touching the body parts of female deities. Deities of fifth and sixth heaven achieve sexual pleasure by just watching the charming female deities. Deities of seventh and eighth heaven achieve sexual pleasure by only hearing the sweet voices, romantic talk and laughter of female deities. Deities of ninth to twelfth heaven achieve sexual pleasure by just thinking about female deities. Deities of nine graiveyakās and five anuttarās are so much happy that they never think about the sexual pleasure. 166 જં ચ કામસુહ લોએ, જં ચ દિવ્યં મહાસુહ ! વિયરાય સુહસે, ખંતભાગે પિ નથ્થઈ ૧૯શા
લોકમાં જે કામસુખ છે અને જે દેવતાઈ મહાસુખ છે તે વીતરાગના સુખના અનંતમા ભાગને પણ યોગ્ય નથી. (૧૬૭).
All the most pleasing sexual pleasures of the world and the divine pleasures of the deities are not equal to the anant part (the smallest part) of the happiness of Vitarāga
