These various kinds are according to the thoughts of soul regarding thought tinges and the changes of matter-atoms regarding bodily tinges. In this chapter the systemised description of all these six tinges done by-(1) Nāmadvāra (name) (2) Varņadvāra (colour) (3) rasadvāra (taste) (4) Gandhadvåra (smell) (5) Sparsadvāra (touch) (6) Pariņāmadvāra (7) Laksaņadvāra (symptom) (8) Sthānadvāra (place) (9) Sthitidvāra (duration) (10) Gatidvāra (existence) and (11) Ayudvara-these eleven ways. The efforts are done by two colour illustrations to make clearly understand the symptoms, colours, touches etc., of tinges. This chapter contains 61 couplets.
