________________ PASTISSERIGROSSESSE have changed his intention at the last moment. Hence the surplus sum of Rs. 45000 must go to his adopted son Gulabacanda. If, however, the heir Mr. Gulabacanda wants to spend that sum in his father's charities, i he is at liberty to do so.' Late Gulābacanda, a worthy son of the donor, asked the trustees of the will of the late donor to spend that sum in some charitable work, and added a sum of Rs. 25000 to it in memory of the revered father. He further instructed the said trustees that they should spend the totalling sum towards some charitable concern which was permanent. Pūjyapāda Āgamoddhāraka Acārya (then pannyāsa) Anandasāgara advised the trustees of the will of the late donor, (1) Setha Naginabhāi Ghelābhāi, (2) Setha Keśarīcanda Rūpacanda, (3) Mr.Jivaṇacanda Sākaracanda, and (4) Mrs. Vijakora Mūlacanda (daughter of the late donor) to spend the sum in establishing a pustakoddhāra fund, and Gulābacanda gave his sanction for the same. Hence the present Fund was established. The following were its original trustees : (1) Setha Naginabhai Ghelābhāi, (2) Setha Keśaricanda Rápacanda, (3) Mr. Jivanacanda Sākaracanda, (4) Mr. Gulābacanda Devacanda, (5) Setha Fülacanda Kasturacanda, (6) Mr. Manchubhāi Säkaracanda. Mrs. Vijakora, widow of the late Mõlacanda Naginadasa Jhaveri, daughter of the late donor and executrix of his will, donated a sum of more than Rs. 25000, her entire estate, to the Fund at her Jan Educaton mal For Private & Personal Use Only bayong
