________________ T We tend to see suffering where it does not even exist Happiness is not connected to my body, health or sickness Happiness is not connected to the relations of this body Happiness is not in the circumstances, not in the environment Happiness is deep within me, it is my true nature The outside world is full of suffering and inside I feel bliss One needs to look, observe, feel, focus within The inside world is steadfast, pure, blissful, peaceful, perfect Does not require any change, cannot be changed, is ready to experience Gurus, prophets, have seen, felt, observed such perfection What need is there to change pure gold or a flawless diamond? One must believe that there is perfection within Then seek inner happiness despite worldly circumstances This is the path of realizing oneself, experiencing oneself I am not the doer, I am complete within, I am the knower Arihantas, Siddhas, Acharyas, Upadhyayas, and Sadhus Have realized their soul and are our examples to follow We humans are capable of attaining our inner unshakable bliss The experience of bliss within eclipses the sorrow outside Finding the bliss within, we shine light on those around us The more we see suffering The more we need to look within. Every human has a smile Every heart feels happiness 33
