Tikhutto;
Ayahinam, payahinam, karemi, vandami,
Namam-sami, sakkaremi, sammanemi;
Kallanam, mangalam, deviyam, chheyiyam; Pajjuwa-sami, maththen vandami. 03a. Sutra Meaning: As I turned my hands clockwise three times; I worship, I bow, I respect, I honor you. You are divine. You are the remover of obstacles. You are like a God. You are an ocean of knowledge. I serve you, I bow my head to my Guru.
Non violence and kindness to all living beings is kindness to
oneself. For thereby one's own self is saved from various kinds of sins and resultant sufferings and is able to secure his own
welfare.
