A jain statue of some divinity in abhaymudra, with a canopy of a five-hooded cobra is described. The image compares favourably with that of Nagarjuna excavated at Nalanda in 1919-20. The other image described is that of Mahāmānashi-the Yoksini of Shāntinātha.
