________________ Opinions. Jaina Dārshana Divakara, Chanipat Rai Jain, Barrister-at-Law, Vidyā. vāridhi writes from London : “ The first issue of the Jain Siddhanta Bhaskara has arrived this week. I have much pleasure in welcoming it as an old friend. I hope it will do really useful work.........I like the coloured portrait of Mahävira in the Kumāravastha very much." Prof. Dr. B. Seshagiri Rao, M.A., Ph. D., M.S.A., etc. writes from Vijianagram : "Many thanks for your sending me the first Number of 'Jain Siddhanta Bhaskara. I have gone thro' it and find it very interesting & valuable reading. You are doing real service to culture by publishing notes on Literary works in Jainism and whole works also hitherto un. published. Years back when I was at school there used to be a magazine called agga gru featafu which did similar service to our Andhra literature. I congratulate you on the present venture.” Herbert Warren Esqr. writes from London : "I am in receipt of No. 1 of Vol. No. 1 of the " Jain Antiquary," June 1935 issue, for which I am obliged. It is nicely got up, and no doubt will be useful to students of history and other matters connected with the Jains. I wish it every success. Select Contributions to Oriental Journals. 1.
