Prof. Dr. B. Seshagiri Rao, M.A., Ph. D., M.S.A., etc. writes from Vijianagram :
"Many thanks for your sending me the first Number of 'Jain Siddhanta Bhaskara. I have gone thro' it and find it very interesting & valuable reading. You are doing real service to culture by publishing notes on Literary works in Jainism and whole works also hitherto un. published. Years back when I was at school there used to be a magazine called agga gru featafu which did similar service to our Andhra literature. I congratulate you on the present venture.”
Herbert Warren Esqr. writes from London :
"I am in receipt of No. 1 of Vol. No. 1 of the " Jain Antiquary," June 1935 issue, for which I am obliged. It is nicely got up, and no doubt will be useful to students of history and other matters connected with the Jains. I wish it every success.

A jain statue of some divinity in abhaymudra, with a canopy of a five-hooded cobra is described. The image compares favourably with that of Nagarjuna excavated at Nalanda in 1919-20. The other image described is that of Mahāmānashi-the Yoksini of Shāntinātha.
