ciation. More thau one boardings have now appeared and these moviments will unite the disunited and we will be serving the purpose of harmonising the discordant elements and split among the students. I am not hopeless or disappointed but am hopefnl of brighter and more enthusiastic progress among the students of all the sects. The brothers of other sects would be tolerant.
This is the first initiative step taken for creating hrotherly feelings amongst all the sects, the old and new schools, and the favourites of Laxmi and Saraswati. It is liable to be imperfect, because from [89424comes Kevalagnan, from imperfection comes perfection. If the purpose for which this institution is created, comes to be fulfilled wholly or partially, the organisers will be given the sole honour therefor. .
Such organisation is for the healthy infusion and developmeut of right thinking in the education of young people by founding a united Brotherhood, for short interval ineetings and holding such annual gatherings. :: The young generation are often misled by the opinions that are forced upon them. These not only political but also social and religious being bought from others in a crude form prove fatal to them. Our elderly people have sent missiles against the graduates that they are lost to religion. It is not our fault but that of parents if we are not upto the mark, and the fault of circumstances. This may be the right conception or misconception and in order to remove the said fault this organization is set on foot. Unless there are short interval meetings such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly meetings where social, literary, religious and other questions pertaining to the jains and jainisni can be discussed as guardedly as possible into English, this step will not succeed.
The neccesity of such institution is brought to our mind by the Great Assembly, so this can be said to be a natural offshoot of and harmonious with the Conference.
