बसंत विलास
[बृहवाचना]. . [१] पहिलउ सरसति अरचिनु रचिन वसंतविलासु ।
वीणि धरइ करि दाहिणि बाहणि हांसल जासु ॥ १
या कुन्देन्दुतुषारहारधवला या श्वेतपद्मासना ... .. .. या वीणावरदण्डमण्डितकरा या शुभ्रवस्त्रावृता ।
या ब्रह्माच्युतशङ्करप्रभृतिभिर्देवैः सदा वन्दिता .
सा नः पातु सरस्वती भगवती निःशेषजाड्यापहा ॥ २ [२] पहुतीय शिवरति समरति हव रितु तणीय वसंत।
दह दिसि पसरइं परिमल निरसल थ्या दिसि अंत॥३. ___ The Ms. क begins with र्द ॥ उँ नमो विनवल्लीकुठारायः ॥ श्रीगुणेशाय नमः ।। ख begins with ॥र्द।। ॐ नमो गणेशाय 1; ग. begins with u ॥ श्रीसर्वज्ञाय नमः; . e beginning with liecil. .
1. a. क, ग., घ., वसंतविलास; b. क. डाहणि; ख. वीणु...दाहिणि...इंसुलउ; ग. वीण...डाहुणि । वाहुणि हसल...|| घ reads entirely a different line : . फागु पयहपयवंघिहि संधियमक भलभास.
2. The के Ms. has on the previous vowel in the body of a word before the conjunct with its first member a nasal consonant; e. g. कुंद for कुन्द. In the printed text we have कुन्द representing the nasal consonant proper. Again a is found in the place of 4; e.g. ब्रह्मा for:ब्रह्मा and vice versa. At some places there are errors of language and spellings. They have been corrected; e.g. पदमासना (Ms.) पद्मासना (printed text). These remarks also apply to ख and also ग Ms. as to s. and घ. घ Ms. writes Sk. verse first and then OG. verse giving them the same number. ____d. क. सा नः पातु; ख. मां for:;.. ग. : -for नः .. ... ... . . .. .. -- 3. a. क. हवई for हव; ख. पुहतीय सिवरति समरती हिव; ग. · पहुतीय शवरति... इस ऋतु तणीअ वसंत; घ. After the Sk, verse, घ Ms. has हवंइ दूआलू । antl the od. verse begins thereafter, . . व रितु तगउ वसंत. b. ख. दिशि; आ. निरमल थ्यो दिशि अंत; घ. थ्यां दिशि अंत.
