. SUTRA 23 कृमिपिपीलिकाभ्रमरमनुष्यादीनामेकैकवृद्धानि ॥ २३ ॥ Krimipipilikabhramaramanusyadinamckaikvriddhani. Krimi, worms, etc, (have 2 senses touch and taste). Prpilaka, ants, etc., [have 3 senses : touch taste and smell).
Bhramayu, bumble-bee, etc, (have 4 senses . touch; taste, smell and sight)
Manushya, man etc., (have 5 senses : touch taste, smell, sight, and hearing).
Each (class has) one (sense), more than the one preceding it.

Sanjninah samanaskah. The rational (beings are also called)Sanını, (i. e, one who has got sanjna-mind here) Elsewhere it means, natne, desire, knowledge, etc.
All the celestial, human and hellish beings are rational Some 5 sensed sub-humans are also rational, such as cow, horse, ape, pigeon serpents, etc.
SUTRA 25 निग्रहगतौ कर्मयोगः ॥२५॥
Vigrahagataukarma.yogah. In Vigrahagati transmigration, (i. e., the passage of the soul from one incarnation to another, there is only) Karmic body vibration (Karma Yoga), by which the electric and Karmic molecules are attracted by the soul.
