In suc cases it is worth advisable linguistically (looking to the chronologic evolution of MIA. languages) that archaic usages should be adopted. In th edition of Jacobi medial -t- is generally mostly retained but in the MN edition it is found to be elided 9 times out of 59 instances, i.e. the elisio of this medial consonant is 13% only.
