७. अन्नत्थ सूत्र
विशेषार्थ :
Specific meaning :
| आगार = स्वभाविकता से होनेवाली शारीरिक प्रवृत्तियों का अपवाद āgāra = Exceptions of natural movements of the body [which can not bel जिससे कायोत्सर्ग भंग न हो.
controlled] by which kayotsarga would not be treated as broken. evamālehim āgārehim / exceptions like = To change the place of kāyotsarga due to 1. outbreak of fire. 2. arrival of wild animals or murder of a living being with five sense organs, 3. molestation by a thief or a ruler. 4. snake-bite or its probability. These four exemptions are included by the word etc.
२. लता की तरह शरीर को हिलाना
३. स्तंभ आदि के सहारे खड़े रहना.
| एवमाइएहिं आगारेहिं / इत्यादि आगार = १. अग्नि फैलने से, २. हिंसक प्राणी आने से या पंचेंद्रिय प्राणी की हत्या होते रहेने से, ३. चोर या राजा का उपद्रव होने से एवं ४. सर्पदंश होने या होने की संभावना से कायोत्सर्ग का स्थान बदलना इन चार आगारों का समावेश इत्यादि शब्द से होता हैं.
| अप्पाणं वोसिरामि = कायोत्सर्ग में रहने तक मैं [आत्मा] अपने पर स्वरूप शरीर की मालिकी को त्याग कर, उसके रक्षण-पोषण से निवृत्त होता हूँ,
कायोत्सर्ग के उन्नीस दोष :
१. घोड़े की तरह पाँव ऊंचा या टेढ़ा रखना.
४. मस्तक को दिवाल आदि के साथ टेकना.
५. दोनों पांव परस्पर जोड़ कर खड़ा रहना.
६. पांव फैलाकर खड़े रहना.

appānam vosirāmi = | [the soul] renounce the ownership of my other form [physical existence] of the body and give up its maintenance and nourishment till I am engaged in kayotsarga. Nineteen defects/short comings of kayotsarga :
1. To keep leg up or bent like a horse.
2. To swing the body like a creeper.
3. To stand taking support of a pillar etc.
4. To lean the head upon a wall.
5. To stand keeping both legs joined together.
6. To stand spreading the legs.
