Some Marrlage Songs of the Khattrts. This is an incomplete set of six songs recorded by Prabhu Dayal and Benf Madhav, both Khattris of the Town School, Itawa.
1. Aj ki rattyan-To-night. This is a song to the bridegroom as a small child.

Chird tumharà khâb bana,
Banne, aj ki ratiyan. Khalgin sambharain sab sakhiyan.
Banne, aj ki ratiyan. Bag& tumhAra khåb bans,
Banne, aj ki ratiyan. Patuktumbara khub band,
Banne, aj ki ratiyan Jhalar samhArain sab sakhiyan,
Banne, aj ki ratiyan. Moti tumhari khub bans,
Banne, aj ki ratiyan. Lafya samh&rain sab sakhiyan,
Banne, &j ki ratiyan. Pahunchi tumhari khâb bani,
