. परस्त्रीगामी पुरुष अपने सिद्धान्तों या शपथों को, अहिंसा, सत्य आदि धर्मों को तथा गण-समान " आचार-विचार वाले समूह को या समाज की मर्यादाओं का लोप कर देते हैं, यहाँ तक कि धर्म और । संयमादि गुणों में निरत ब्रह्मचारी पुरुष भी मैथुनसंज्ञा के वशीभूत होकर क्षणभर में चारित्र-संयम से भ्रष्ट हो जाते हैं।
बड़े-बड़े यशस्वी और व्रतों का समीचीन रूप से पालन करने वाले भी अपयश और अपकीर्ति के भागी बन जाते हैं। ज्वर आदि रोगों से ग्रस्त तथा कोढ़ आदि व्याधियों से पीड़ित प्राणी मैथुनसंज्ञा की तीव्रता के कारण रोग और व्याधि की अधिक वृद्धि कर लेते हैं, अर्थात् मैथुनसेवन की अधिकता रोगों को और व्याधियों को बढ़ावा देने वाली है। जो मनुष्य परस्त्रियों में आसक्त होते हैं, वे इहलोक और परलोक दोनों लोकों में दुराराधक होते हैं। अर्थात् इहलोक में और परलोक में भी आराधना करना उनके लिए कठिन है।
इसी प्रकार परस्त्री की तलाश में रहने वाले कोई-कोई मनुष्य जब पकड़े जाते हैं तो पीटे जाते हैं, ' बन्धनों से बाँधे जाते हैं और कारागार में बन्द कर दिये जाते हैं। इस प्रकार जिनकी बुद्धि तीव्र मोह या मोहनीय कर्म के उदय से नष्ट हो जाती है, वे यावत् अधोगति को प्राप्त होते हैं।
This aphorism details the kind of inflow incurred by those who indulge in non-celibacy -
90. Those men who are deeply engrossed in feeling for mating and are in a state of ignorance about its results, they hunt each other with their E weapons.
Some are killed by others when they engage in sex with the women folk of others attracted by their amorous activities. When their such behaviour becomes apparent the king or the ruler snatches their wealth and destroys their family.
Such horses, elephants, bullocks, he-buffaloes, deer and other beasts y of the forest fight among themselves who are not devoid of attraction for females of others and who are deeply attached to cohabitation and delusion.
Even human beings, monkeys and birds become inimical to each other due to their desire for mating. Friends soon turn into enemies on account of it.
The man who has sex with the wife of another person disregard the principles and their vows, the basic tenets of non-violence truth and the like, the social code and the dictum laid down by the society. Even the person observing the life of self-restraint and celibacy continuously lose their life of restraint in a moment due to their inclination to cohabit.
