The Ācā. (MJV.) has the following reading in the very beginning : suyaṁ me āusaṁ tenań bhagavayā evamakkhāyaṁ (1.1.1.1). The Vijayodayā-tīkā on the Mülārādhanā reads as follows: sudam me āussaṁto bhagavadā evamakkhādam At one place the Sū. Kř. (2.2.694) reads as follows : sutam me āusamteņa bhagavatā evamakkhātam (MJV.) In the beginning of each of the Adhyayanas of the Isibhāsiyāim, there is the following reading : arahatā ..... buitaṁ, wherein the consonant 't' has been preserved, while in the other readings mentioned above, in one case the 't' has changed to 'd', and in the other one 't' has been replaced by 'y'.
