In the MJV. Edition, the reading adopted is ‘āyā' (13.10) for the word 'ātmā', while the Cūrṇī adopts the variant ‘atta'. In such a situation, why should the archaic reading 'atta' have not been adopted ? (2) Acārānga (JVB.
