(1) Need to know the psychological mind:
Today what is needed is transformation and change of perspective. પરિસ્થિતિ નહિ મનઃ સ્થિતિને બદલવાની જરૂર છે. What are these negative psychological element : ✩ Lure of profit
Pride of power
Fear of competition
These negative triat should be replaced by three pasitive elements like santosh (સંતોષ), Samarpan (સમર્પણ) and Sayam (UH).
Maximisation of profit is a self-defeating process. Riches acquired through unethical means are counter productive and non - sustainable. Those who indulge in over - investment or excessive borrowing get enqulfed in fear & greed ultimately get succommed to recession.
Bhimji Parekh, Virji Vora have been sucessful in merchantile business due to their broad perspectiveness. (2) Need to solve the problem :
Jaina people have always encouraged certain business activities due to their optimistic attitude simultaneously, they have discouraged suo business activities which involved lot g himsa. These activities are called as 15 karmadan (4) Jaina religion not only gives importance to dravya (c) himsa, it gives equal importance to bhava (a) himsa also.

Iriyavahi (ua ya) mentions such ten different types g dravya & Bhava himsa.
They are અભિહયા, વત્તિયા, લેસિયા, સંઘાઇયા, સંઘટ્ટિયા પરિયાવિયા, કિલામિયા, ઉદવિયા, સંક્ષમિયા & વવરોવિયા.
