Devanagari characters with पृष्ठमात्रts, blank square spaces in the centre, margins very carefully ruled, numerous marginal notes in the same bold and beautiful hand. Edges partly worm-eaten. First leaf wanting, generally correct and otherwise complete. Age --- Samvat 1678. Author - क्षेमेन्द्रसूरि, son of हरिभट्ट. Subject - A gloss on Narendrācāryā's commentary (?) of the Sarsvata. (Aufrecht says Dhatupatha, but the Ms. covers n a much wider field.) i Begins-No proper beginning (the first folio being missing)-it begins with साक्षाद्विधत्ते । वर्णगणनं त्वर्थात् । तेनैकस्य वाक्यस्यार्थ द्वयलक्षणं etc. Ends – कृष्णाश्रमश्रीचरणोपसन्नि(? त्ति )मवाप्य संप्राप्तमतिप्रकर्षः। क्षेमेंद्रसूरिहरिभट्टसूनुः सारस्वते टिप्पनमभ्यधत्त ॥ १॥ व्याख्यागुणानिरीक्ष्ये[ह?] चिरं नंदतु सज्जनः । दुर्जनोप्यसतो दोषान् दुष्टाशयपरिस्फुटान् ॥ २॥ इति श्रीनरेंद्राचार्यसारस्वते क्षेमेंद्रकृतं टिप्पनकं संपूर्ण ॥ सं० १६७८ etc. सारस्वतटिप्पन(क) A gloss on Sārasvata 540 No. 180 1886-92 Size - 10 in. by 4t in. Extent - 10 leaves, 18 to 20 lines to a page, about 62 letters in - a line. Description – Country paper. Devanagari characters with पृष्ठमात्राs, bold and legible writing, fairly correct. Complete. Borders ___worm-eaten and spoilt. Author - Ksemendrasūri, son of Haribhadra.
