Description - Country paper. Devanāgari characters with partial
पृष्ठमात्राs. Bold and legible writing, much use of red chalk. Margins ruled in bold red lines. Square blanks in the centre. The first and the last 4 leaves rather damaged at the edges and corners. 'L. 58 rather inksoiled. Leaves 63 and 64 numbered on the same leaf.
Accurate and complete. Age -Samvat 1656.

शब्दानुशासन dealing with प्राकृत grammar. Begins -
यस्य क्रमनमस्कारः सारसौख्यविधायकः। स श्रीविश्वविभुर्जीयात्तमांसि नितमा मम ॥१॥ सिद्धहैमाष्टमाध्याये प्रा(प्रो)क्तं प्राकृतलक्षणं ।
क्रियते ढुंढिका तस्य नाम्ना व्युत्पत्तिदीपिका ॥२॥ इह च यथा संस्कृतलक्षणे धातुप्रत्ययादिसिद्धायां प्रकृतौ पश्चाद्विभक्त्यादि
विधिः तथा प्राकृतलक्षणेपि प्रायः । Ends – इति बृहत्तपागछे हेमप्राकृतवृत्तिढुंढिका या व्युत्पत्तिदीपिकाभिधानाय (याशू)
चतुर्थः पादः समर्थितः॥
श्रीमद्गुरुतपागछप्राज्यसाम्राज्यकारकाः । अभूवन्भुवनाख्यातो(ता) लक्ष्मीसागरसूरयः ॥१॥ तत्पट्टगटांभाजे भजते राजहेमतां । विजयंतेधुना तेमी धनरत्नगुरूत्तमाः ॥२॥
