अज्ञानादथ वा किंचिदनाभौगतयाथ वा । यत्किंचिल्लिखितं शास्त्रोत्तीर्णे ( ? 'र्णैस्त ) तत्सोध्यं ( ? 'त्शोध्य ) तां बुधैः ॥ ११ ॥
शिवमस्तु सर्वजगतः परि (र) हितनिरता भवंति भूतगणाः । दोषाः प्रयांतु नाशं सर्वत्र सुखी भवतु लोकः ॥ १२ ॥
संवत् १६४५ वर्षे मंडाहडागछे जावालपुरे वणारीस श्रीश्रीश्रीपद्मसुंदरगुणराजसारंगश्रीसुमुद्रदांमालिखितं ॥ द्वितीय भाद्रपदसुदि ४ दिने बुधवारे ॥
