The difference between ordinary kevalin and a Tirtharkara is that the Tīrthankara preaches and propogates the Dharma, the law, and forms a community cațurvidh samgha of monks, nuns, laymen and laywomen in order to show the right path, the path to attain Mokşa, Divinity whereas the ordinary kevalin cannot be the propounder of a religious faith. It is due to the attainment of Tīrthankara nāma karma that a Tīrthankara becomes the propogator or reviver of a religious faith for a considerable period for suffering humanity. Upadhyāya Amarmūni observes that Tīrthankara possesses Loka-upkāri Siddhis! and leaves permanent impression. In fact, ordinary Arhat and Tīrthankara do not differ in the spiritual experience viz., infinite bliss, virtues but, in certain excellences in external attributes, events, etc. Excellences
Arihantas (variently terms as Tīrthankara) are those who are worthy of obeisance, worthy of adoration, and supreme among gods in the world". 16 The Arhat body which is perfect stainless or Nirañjana an abode of omniscient and which is about to throw away the last shackles of karma (aghātikarma), receives worship (or Arha) on five excellent events from heavenly beings. 17 The five auspicious events (Pañca kalyānaka Mahotsva) in the life of Tirthankara (conception, birth, renunciation, attainment of omniscience and nirvān) are excellent non-routine events. 18 These five celebrations of worship are not done for ordinary kevalins. Divine Attributes
The twelve Divine attributes of Arahant, the omniscient are 1. Infinite knowledge, 2. infinite vision, 3. Infinite Bliss. 4. Infinite Power, 5. Divine Ashoka tree, 6. Simhasanam (Patrition), 7. Triple Umbrella, 8. 64 Pair of celestial Indras, 9. Shining arb-prabhāmandala, 10. Rain of Flower, 11. Divine Utterance or sound (Divyad wani) 12. Divine music. The later eight attributes of the Divine Arhat are also known as Asta Prātihāryas, eight exceptional adorations. Devoid of Evils
