इ - ए = होईअइ-ए; होइज्जइ ए; Impersonal Present 3rd Pers. Sing. of the Causal of भू.
When णिच् is not dropped but changed to आवि we have हो + आव् + ईअ or इज्ज + इ - ए - होआवीआइ – ए or होआविज्जइ - ए; Imper. Pres. 3rd Pers. Sing. of the Cau. of भू. From अनुभू we have अणुहो + णिच् + यक् + इ – ए = अणुहो + ईअ or इज्ज + इ-ए ( when णिच् is dropped) or अणुहो + आ + ईअ or इज्ज + इ-ए ( when णिच् is changed to आबू ) = अणुहोईअइ-ए or अणुहोइज्जइ - ए; अणुहोआवीआइ ए or अणुहोआविज्जइ - ए.
The Mss. as well as the printed edition in Telugu characters give इअ instead of ईअ in all forms ( अणुहोआविअन्ति, अणुहोआविअन्ते, अणुहोआविअइरे &c. in place of अणुहोआवीअन्ति, अणुहोआवीअन्ते, अणुहोआवीअइरे &c.). This seems to be wrong; since यक् is changed to ईअ and not इअ ( ईअइज्जौ यकः ॥ २ । ४ । ९१ ॥ p. 225 ) and there is no Sūtra for changing ईअ into इअ. The Me. of Trivikrama also gives short forms in इअ - काराविअइ, हासाविअइ. Hemachandra as well as Seshakrishna give forms in ईअ—कारीअइ-करावीअइ; हासीअइ-- हसावीअइ. These instances are given in both Hemachandra's grammar and Prâkritachandrikâ.

With this Sutra begins the treatment of the S'aurasendialect. The Sūtra means that in S'auraseni, the Ablatives suffix ङसि is changed to दु or दो with the precoding vowel lengthened in the case of words ending in .
The following main points of difference between Mahârâshtri called Prâkrita in the text and S'aurasenf should be noted :
(1) In the case of words ending in अ, the Abl. terminations are at and दु instead of and as in the Prakrita.
रामादों - रामादु ( for रामाओ - रामाउ - as in the Maharashtri ). (2) तू, not initial and not conjunct, following a vowel, is in S'aurasenî changed to instead of being dropped as in the Prakrita.
e. g. पिदा - पिदरो (instead of पिआ - पिअरो as in the Prakrita).
