manuscript of Te ), the Hindi recension of Sadala Miśra (see p. VII) goes straight back to BeFi. It agrees with BeFi not only generally, but even in its passages of especially Śivaitic character, although Sadala Miśra himself is a representative of the Vaisnava school of Caraṇa Dāsa (see Hastings' Encyclopaedia of Religion and Ethics ), and though his booklet belongs to the scriptures of the Vaisnava sect just mentioned.
