desirous of performing religious practices is lazy and therefore this Yoga is looked upon as imperfect. (ૐ) પ્રકારાન્તરથી યોગવિભાગ અને ઈચ્છાયાગ—
“ ઇચ્છાયાગ, શાસ્ત્રયાગ અને સામર્થ્ય યોગ એમ પણ યાગના ત્રણ વિભાગ પાડવામાં આવ્યા છે. જે જ્ઞાનવાન છે, છતાં પ્રમાદવશાત્ યથાર્થ શુક્રિયામાં પ્રવૃત્તિ કરી શકતા નથી, એવા મનુષ્યને શુદ્ધ ક્રિયા કરવાના જે ઉત્કટ અભિલાષ, તેને “ ઇચ્છાયાગ ' કહે છે. ”—૫
उक्त इच्छायोगः, अथ शास्त्रयोगः
श्रद्धान- बोधौ दधतः प्रकृष्टौ हतप्रमादस्य यथाऽऽत्मशक्ति । यो धर्मयोगो वचनानुसारी स शास्त्रयोगः परिवेदितव्यः ॥ ६ ॥
It is called Shastrayoga where the degree of right belief and that of right knowledge are higher than what it is in the Ichhayoga and where laziness is destroyed and where the practice of religious ceremonies is in strict conformity with scriptures according to the capacity of a Yogi. ( 6 )
શાયાગ—
ઉત્કૃષ્ટ શ્રદ્ધાન અને ખેાધવાળા તથા અપ્રમાદી એવા મહાત્માનુ યથાશક્તિ આગમ અનુસાર જે સ્વચ્છ ધર્મક્રિયા–આચરણુ, તેને ‘શાસ્ત્રયેાગ' કહેવામાં આવે છે. ”—ર
सामर्थ्ययोगः
शास्त्रादुपायान् विदुषो महर्षेः शास्त्राऽमसाध्यानुभवाधिरोहः । उत्कृष्टसामर्थ्यतया भवेद् यः सामर्थ्ययोगं तमुदाहरन्ति ॥ ७ ॥
