Of course, such meditation cannot be done by the sadhaka without surrendering to and serving an enlightened and pious teacher (sadguru), 131 So far as the aspects of dharma-dhyāna are concerned they are the following four : 1) Pinḍastha--meditation upon the resident of the body i.e. the soul.
