Extent. 14 leaves ; 14 lines to a page; 35 letters to a line. Description.- Country paper; Devanagari Characters; handwriting is regular, but legible; paper old, worn out and musty; benedictory phrase, verse-numbers and the colophon are tinged with red pigment. After the completion of the work on the last page, some later hand has added several mantras.
Dakṣiņakālikakārādisahasranama
It deals with 1000 names of Dakşinakali and forms part of Mahakalasamhita ascribed to Adinatha. It is also called Sundarisaktidana under which name Mitra has described two mss. of this work. All the names of the goddess begin here with the letter ka.

श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ ॐ ॥ कैलासशिखरे रम्ये नानादेवगणार्चिते । नानावृक्षलताकीर्णे नानापक्षिरवैर्युते ॥ १ ॥ चतुर्मेड संयुक्ते श्रृंगारमंडपे स्थितं ।
समाधौ संस्थितं शांतं क्रीडार्थे योगिनां प्रियं ॥ २ ॥ तत्र मौनघरं दृष्ट् देवी पृच्छति शंकरं ।
