475 Description.- Country paper; Devanagari Characters; hand:
writing bold and good; two rows of two lines and one line in red ink on foll. I-17. Benedictory phrase, anthorities quoted and the colophons are in red ink. There are two systems of pagination; one from 1 to 297 and the other after that again from 1 to 73.
This big work is a compilation from various Tantras on the elaborate worship and ritual of Siva. The present codex is running the 16th chapter and is incomplete. The author Srinivasa Bhatta was a disciple of Sundarácārya. The author was a resident of Kāñci ( Conjeevaram ) and had migrated to Benaras where he wrote this work,

श्रीमहागणाधिपतये नमः॥ मामंतं सिंधुरास्यं शशिशकलधरं बंधुजीवाभिरामं दानांमः सिक्तमंडरखलदलिकलभान लीलया खेलयंतं ।।। प्रत्यूहध्वांतभानु पृथुतरजठरं ब्रह्मविध्वीशषचं वंदे सिंदूरपूरैगिरिवरतनया चचितोत्थंगकुंभं ॥ १ ॥ etc. fol. 2970 उक्त नियमानभिधाय शक्तावेवं सर्वमेतदशक्तः ... शक्तितो जपेदित्युक्तं सुंदराचार्यशिष्येण श्रीनिवासेन धीमता। चंद्रिकायां प्रणीत्यायां प्रकाशो द्वादशोऽगमत् ।।
इति श्रीसुंदराचार्यचरणारविंदवंशतिवासिना प्रीश्रीनिवासभट्टेन प्रणीतायां शिवार्चनचंद्रिकायाँ छादशप्रकाश ॥ १२ ॥
