Description.-- Country paper; Devanāgari Characters; Several
handwritings, all legible; borders have four lines in red ink on each side except leaves 16-17 which have them in black ink ; Mantras, colophons, pratikas and marks of punctuation are in red ink on most of the pages ; paper is old, worn out and musty. foll. 1-15 are missing and the ms. begins with fol. 16 and ends with fol.85. Some of the leaves are coloured red.
The present work deals with different mantras sampufu of which is to be given in the recitation of the Saptaśati These mantras are Aras and consist of the syllables ऐं, हीं, क्लीं, इयों, डों नमः. These मन्त्रs are put after each verse, singly, or two or three and so on. I his is taken
from रुद्रयामल. Age.- Saka 1628. Author:- Anomymous. Begins.- fol. 16.
॥१०॥ ॐ ऐं ह्रीं चामुंडायै विच्चे नमः ।।
सौभाग्यादिच यत्किचित् । दृश्यते ललनाजने ।। तत्सर्व त्वत्प्रसादेन । तेन जाप्यमिदं शुभं ॥११॥
डों ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुंडायै विच्चे नमः॥ शनैरतु जाप्यमानेस्मिन् । स्तोत्रे संपत्तिमच्चकैः॥ भवत्येव समग्रापि । ततः प्रारभ्यमेव तत् ॥ १२॥
डों ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुंडायै विच्चे नमः ।। etc. Ends.- fol. 85*
श्रुत्वा देव्याश्व माहात्म्यं नरो नियतमानसः॥ गामेकां स्वर्णसंयुक्तां देवी प्रीत्ये नियोजयेत ॥ ५॥ वांछितं सिद्धिमाप्नोति गोदानस्य प्रसादत्तः ॥ ६॥
इति श्रीसप्तशतिकाबीजसंपुटिकरणअनुलोमविधानोक्तसंजीवनीयमंत्र: समावाप्त्यैः शुभं ब्रूयात शुभं भवतु। स्वस्ति श्रीनृपशालिवाहन शाके १६२८ व्ययनाम संबछरे कार्तिक शुध ११ भौमे स्वतारमीश्रवीश्वंभरानंतवैयेन लेष्यं इदं पुस्तकं पठनार्थे विश्वनाथस्य जाप्यार्थे वास्तव (2) सेडी पोखडी
