Extent.— 158 leaves ; 17 lines to a page ; 43 letters to a line. Description.— Country paper; Devarāgari characters; hand-writing very good ; paper very old, worn out; musty and worm-eaten at places. Fol. I is missing. A fragment; Foll. 2-93 contain the commentary on the first 3 chapters ; then commentary on each chapter has different pagination beginning with one. Here we have the commentary on chapters 1-3, 6th, 7th, 9-11 and 15-17.

Śāradātilaka-commentary : Padarthadarśa
The commentary is by Raghavabhatta, son of Pṛthvidhara. He quotes from a number of Tantras. Apart from this work, he is accredited with the authorship of Kalitativarah sya and Durgātattva. His commentary is very profusely quoted by later writers.

॥ अतः ॥ उपक्रमोपसंहारावभ्यासो पूर्वता फलं ॥ अर्थवादोपपत्ति च लिंगं तात्पर्यनिर्णय इत्युक्तत्वादुपक्रमोपसंहाराभ्यां स्वलीलारूपानाय निर्वाच्या विद्यासहायसंपन्नं परमानंदस्वरूपं नित्यबुद्धशुद्धस्वभावं परब्रह्मे स्वात्मविवर्तरूपं सकलं जगत्सर्जेति श्रुतिवाक्यप्रतिपादितार्थः । etc.
यः कृष्णबल सहायमासाद्य धीवरचिह्नवेयं संभावयत् धारयनित्यन्वयः ॥ शेष एव विशेषः असाधारणात् ॥ ॥
इति श्री श्री श्रीशारदातिलकटीकायां सत्संप्रदायव्याख्यायां पदार्थादर्शाभिख्यायां पुरुषोत्तममंत्रकथनं नाम सप्तदशः पटलः समाप्तः ॥ १७ ॥ ॥ अस्मिन्पटले ३४० एतावतश्लोकाः संवत् १७९४ मा फाल्गनमासे कृष्णपक्षे १० दशम्यां शनिवासरे सूर्यपूरनिवासि उदीच्य सहर ताय व्यास सदाशिव सुत जगन्नाथेन लिखितोयं ग्रंथः ॥ आयुष्यं छ ॥ श्री ॥ श्री ॥
