श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ अथ शतचंडीविधानमाह॥ नमस्ते ऋषि विन्यस्य मुखे छंदप्रतिष्ठितं । हृदये देवतान्यासं एष जाप्यविधिस्मृतः ॥१॥ चतुरस्र समे शुत्धे सर्वदोषविवर्जिते । लिखेदष्टदलं पद्मं चंदनागरुकुंकुमैः॥२॥ पामध्ये लिखेयंत्रं षटकोणं चंडिकामयं ।
षटकोणचऊमध्ये च त्रिकोणं च तथा लिखेत् ॥३|| etc. Ends. - fol. 11°
हरिद्राकुंकुमसिंदूरारक्तकांजनपुरमाळादिभिरभ्यर्य धूपदीपो दवा पायसानाभक्ष्येोजयेत् ॥ भोजनकाले च मूळमंत्रं वा सप्तशती पठेत् । ततो नाना भक्षफलतांबूलदक्षिणानीरांजनपुष्पांजलिं दद्यात् ॥ एवंमन्याः पूजयेत् ।। आवाहने तु मंत्रभेदाः॥१॥ इति सप्तशतिप्रकार समाप्तः ॥ १॥ ७॥५॥

ing legible ; benedictory phrase, topic-headings and topicendings on foll. 1-37 are tinged with red pigment; foll. 65-116 have marks of punctuation, topic-headings, topicendings and colophons in red ink. Foll. 59* and 69° are blank; foll. 45-58 and 95-99 are missing; hence the actual number of folios is 116-19=97.
The ms. forms the Ist chapter, पुजनखण्ड, of the work which has two chapters, viz., पूजनखण्ड and हवनखण्ड (see
No. 420 ). But its first chapter differs from the Ist chapter of the other ms. ( No.420) of this work. Although its subject matter is almost the same as that of another work of this very name ( No. 419 ) the texts of both are entirely different from each other.
