The work contains one thousand names of Syamalamba, another form of Laksmi. According to Burnell (Cat. of Mss., p. 2004 ), it forms the roth chapter of Saubhāgyalaksmākalpa.
Age.- Appears to be fairly old.

श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ || श्री सरस्वतिर्जयति अहमस्मि कृपापात्रं श्यामले शामलांबिके । दर्शयस्वाननावीधुं नाशाय तमसो मम ॥ १ श्रीमद्वैकुंठनिलयं श्रीपतिं सिद्धसेवितं सनकादिमहायोगी सेवितांघ्रिसरोरुहं ।। २ etc.

संगीत कवितायां च नास्ति तस्य समो भुवि । मया चोक्तेन ते लक्ष्मी नामसारस्य कीर्तनात् ॥ ८ अनेन रुद्रो रुद्रत्वं ब्रह्मा ब्रह्मत्वमान्पुषत् । मया च देवि विष्णुत्वं प्राप्तं सागरकन्यके ।

Extent.— 5 leaves; 9 lines to a page; 28 letters to a line. Description.-- Country paper; Devanagari Characters; handwriting good; two rows of two lines and one line in red ink on each border; benedictory phrases, marks of punctuation and the last colophon are in red ink; paper in good condition, but slightly worn out .
