be useful to those students of Sanskrit Grammar who have well mastered the elements of Grammar in Guja rati. Your attempt at explaining the rules of some of the verbs which show the most irregularity in formation of tense forms and verbal derivatives is worth examination at the hands of persons whose business it is to teach Sanskrit Grammar. Your Grammar has one more advantage of being considerably shorter than many Sanskrit Grammars now in use.

I have the pleasure to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of an advance copy of your "Sanskrit Bhasha Pradeep." I believe it to be the first grammar of Sanskrit in the Gujarati Language and of primary importance in the same. It seems to be the outcome of long deep and careful study and patient work deserving of good recognition.
The methodical treatment and simplification of the intricate Sutras of Panini and the Bhashya thereon, adopted in the work, will, no doubt, make the "Pradeep" very useful to all the Gujarati-knowing public desirous of studying the Sanskrit language and to pupils in Schools, Colleges, or Pathshalas. With the help of the "Pradeep," they will be able to acquire sufficient mastery over the language in a short time.
