दूसरा फोटू उस फरमान का है जिस में शत्रुंजयादि तीर्थों के, हीरविजयसूरि के स्वाधीन करने का जिक्र है । इस बात का उल्लेख ऊपर पृष्ठ २० पर किया गया है। यह फरमान अहमदाबाद में, आनन्दजी कल्याणजी नाम की जैन तीर्थ संरक्षक संस्था के स्वाधीन में है । यह २ फुट लंबा और १ फुट ५ इंच चौडा है । यह भी सौवर्णाक्षरों से सफेद वस्त्र पर लिखा हुआ है । ऊपर बाईं तरफ शाही मुहर लगी हुई है (जिस का भी जुदा फोटू, 'एन्लार्ज' करा कर, पाठकों को देखने लिये लगाया गया है) इस फरमान का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद, राजकोट (काठियावाड) के राजकुमार कॉलेज के मुंशी महम्मद अब्दुल्लह किया है जो नीचे दिया जाता है ।
