The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
This bronze image of Pārsvanāth with parikar is preserved in the Sambhavanāth Temple in Kameshwar Pole in the Raipur area. It was installed in V.S. 1260, Phaguna vadi.2, Chandra (i.e. Mon., 19 Jan., 1204 A.D.). This Ekatīrthi bronze image of Sambhavanāth with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswami Temple at the Indrakot in the Doshivada's Pole. This icon was made by Shre. Pālhaņa of Prāgvāļ caste, for the bliss of his son as well as his own bliss, in V.S. 1301, Jyestha, vadi. 11, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 2 June, 1244 A.D). ॥ संवत १३०१ वर्षे ज्येष्ट(ष्ठ) वदि ११ गुरौ प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय श्रे. पाल्हणेन निज . पुत्र श्रे. साहल स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री संभवनाथबिंब कारितं ।
This Ekatīrthi bronze image of Rşabhadeva with parikar is preserved in Kalushi pole in the Kalupur area. This icon was made by Shre. Alhaka, for the spiritual bliss of his mother Palhanadevi. By caste, he was Srimāla and a resident of Vāgheli. This Bimba was installed by Surima..... in V.S. 1303, Phālguna, Sudi. 8, Shani (i.e Sat., 9 Feb., 1247A.D.) ।। सं. १३०३ वर्षे फागुण सुदि ८ शनौ श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय वाघेलिवास्तव्य श्रे. आल्हाकेन निजमातृ पाल्हणदेवि श्रेयसे श्री ऋषभदेव प्रतिमा कारिता प्र. सूरिमा.....भिः।
