Types of forests
ऋतां वनस्थली कैसी (कोकिलालापरमें सहकारवनें) शुकस्वरमनोहरें नागचंपकवनें । मधुस्वरू मयूर सारंगी पुन्नागवनें, मंदमास्तांदोलिते कदलीवनें । भ्रमन्द्रमर विभ्रमामिरामें मालतीवनें । सारमकुलनिषेवितें बकुलवनें, सुरभिमकरंदपादिते मंदारवनें । प्रचुररजः पुंजपिंजरित दिशचक्रे केतकीवनें ।। छे ।।
These lists clearly show that the author was thoroughly familiar with sacrificial
rituals.
