200. This verse is found with some variations in the SubhashitaratnabhandaBra fop. cit. 11. 91. verse 36 ) and in the Bhujaprahsndha (op. cit. p. 28, verse 144 - 202. This Prakrit verse is fund with some variation in the Prabandhachintamani (opeit. p. 24, verse 39. B1 supplements :
भ्रान्तं देशम दुर्गविषमं प्राप्तं न किंचित् फलम् त्यक्त्वा जातिकुलाभिमानमुचित सेवा कृता निष्फला । भुक्तं मानविवर्जितं परगृहे साशङ्कया कारुवत् तृष्णे । दुर्मतिपापकर्मनिरते नाद्यापि सन्तुष्यते ॥ This verse is attributed to Bhartgilari (Vairagyasataka, verse 4 ).

218. साटकमलनिर्धाटक, remover of the dirts on the cloths'. पाटक-पट पटोरक tthief of the cloths of the village 9. Cf the Desi पीर, band of robbers'.
219. अत्रा अवाकान् वहन्ति भवनानि सतोरणानि सन्ति नीलं, नौर, पर्यास, सीरं दबिषु वा नास्ति; प्रासादशिखरेषु मूगतुल्यत्वान्मृगाः मृगाक्ष्यः संचरन्ति शैलशिखरेषु सुगारच घासान् अदन्ति इत्यर्थः । This verse and the verse 22 below, are found in one of the MSS. of the Prabandhus chintamani (op. cit., p. 29 verses 52, 53); with some variations.

यत्कुलीनाः (i.. लोहकाराः ) दारिभादिना गतायुषः मृतप्रायाः एवं जोबम्ति शुक्षसम्ति प इति वा । मृताः गतायुषवण जनाः यत्र कुले (लोहकारकुले ) स्वप्रतिकृतिरूपाभिः प्रतिमाभिः उच्छ्वसन्तीव जीवन्तीव वर्तते इति वा ।
