21. अवमाविष्ट, for अवाभाषिष्ट ।
200-21. तत्कमासुर्यात विनयान रजितः पुरोहितो इष्टषितः मन्, भूपस्याचे "तस्या गुणाः एकजिल्लया कथं वर्धन्ते चन्दोलकारविदुरा सा 'साक्षात्सरस्वती' इति मन्ये' इत्यमापिट इत्यन्वयः । -
24. Nare the synonyrus समस्तान्तः पुरी and रमणोगण । 26. सिञ्षय, for सिञ्च ।
28. विना विद्यमानानु अस्मान् इत्यर्थः । Note the epic Atmalnepada form सन्ते । रुम is not quite lappy here.
BI supplements : निर्दन्ता करटो हयो गतयुकश्चन्द्र विना शबरी- The other three quarters are not given ). It may be rememhcred that in verse 13 above, Bhoja is said to have becti proised as scholar by learned men. ____29. बाणास्य: The usual form is चाणक्य । चतुरचाणाक्यम् = घाणावयचातुर्यम् स. चाणक्पस्मेव चातुर्यम् ।
31. कचेन अलिता= कृर्षाला, 'adorned with heard'. Dharmapila akho is said to haye horne the title oferit, Sarasvati in the niasculine formi' conferred on him by Munjs ( See Prabakacloritra-op. cit. p. 241, verse 271 ). Cl. Also Tilakama. rjari-S. S. F, Bomlay. 1938-p.7 verse 53.
33. धर्मपरीचिषु = परीक्षकेषु । With slight variation this verse is found in the Bhuju prathaudha (op. cit. v. 181 .
34. rafafa: a Tritiya-Taljurusha. 36, गुरुः = बलीयान् । Note the localism in the expression एषा वार्ता कथनीया । 87. जने, जनस्य, सहजः, स्वभावः एव मणानं स्तूयते, मानत्वेन स्तूयते, न उपाधिः इत्यर्थः । 42. पञ्चप्रकार, i... those mentioned in the first half of the verse.
43. argita, 'a ceremony in which artif#, utlicrwise known in local diale cts as आरति (ie.n light rurming by means of ghce jis waved before the deity'.
45. गरिमा = गौरवम्, "importance'.
46, पारम्पयम् = नैरन्तयम् (?)। पारम्पर्य न हि ज्ञातम् : Vararuchi ampears to mean that he did not know wlether the cat would act always. CL. Bhoja's answer सदैवषा प्रकरोति, in the next vetse.

55. मात्राम ... यात्रायाम् | It is to be noted that a person travelling from Lazka to Godāvri cannot be met with at Dhara.
