Thus realization approach is fundamentally required to achieve the state Equanimity without which tranquility is not possible. 3) Relaxation Approah :- Mental disturbance causes disorder of (Gyantantu) nervous system which ultimately adversely affect emotional, psychological, & physical sides of the life. Fundamentally it is necessary, that man should learn relaxation techniques. It keeps nervous system cool and calm. Vedic has develop yog nindra", Patanjali has developed various meditational exercises, Jain has developed 'Samaik' and 'Pratikraman'. However Buddhist have expertise in meditation practice & aradhana. "Vipashyana", "zen", "marshal art”, “tea ceremony" & thousands of other meditation & relaxation approach have been invented by Buddhist. The fundamental aim is to relax very deeply nervous system which has been highly disturbed by the problems of life. The psychological hygiene and physical fitness is not possible without healthy and funcational nervous system. 4) Re - adjustment Social System Approach :- In doing so, they also have advocated external code of conduct, social code & ethical code which is external phenomena rather than spiritual phenomena. Thus in this approach basic concept is to maintain physical well being & social well being. Navdarshan Trust is making research on the above philisophy. The area of research shall be as under :1) To Make study of old scripture with reference to equanimity. 2) Scientifically define the old terms & process. 3) To redefine the old concept into modern terminology. 4) To create a therapy or a Process to make change from disturbed mind to tranquil state of mind or Equanimity state of mind. 5) To propagate Equanimity & to create awarness into public consciousness.
