methods & means of Sadhana.
: Approches :- Each religion has developed a very Specialized niethods of sadhana, of its own. when decision is based on impulsion, interest, or unscientific motivation, life will jeopardise, and disturb and tranquality will not come into existance. Reality, truth and scientific observation need to be the foundation of intent and motive. If tranquil consequences, is desired, Not impulse but truth need to govern the mind and life for tranquality.
Broadly speaking all these Sadhana or methodoligy can be divided into following approach :
1) Rational approach 2) Realization approach 3) Relaxation approach 4) Renewing the physical self approach 5) Re-adjustment Social system approach.
1) Rational Approach :- In rational approach religious philosophy has created various thesis & philosophy to appeal rational phenomena of the mankind. Here aim is to change a fundamental psychology i.e. way of thinking, feeling, belief systeni and the way of perception. Vedic has created Geeta & Karmawad. Jain has created Prágnawad.
2) Realization Approach :- Tranquility is the phenomena which can be understood by realization or experience. It is a state of complete awaraness of undisturbed state of mind. The techniques of awareness has been advocated by all the three religion. Vedic has advocated Jap', 'devotion', 'meditation'. Jain advocates 'Samiak and Prati Kraman. However Buddhist developed the 'Science of awarness in more depth. All these methods are helpful in awakening inner awarness. Awareness is a faculty which keeps the individual in direct touch of the universal objects & thereby creates a very realistic knowledge through personal experience & exposure.
