International Workcamps International workcamps give individuals the opportunity to live and work with an international group of volunteers for 2 to 4 weeks. Volunteers undertake valuable community service and gain insight into the culture and traditions of other participants. Its mission is to serve as an authoritative international resource for individuals and organizations seeking information in connection with Religion and Spirituality. Accordingly, the Word Foundation will develop formal relationships with key religious and spiritual organizations to include web broadcast rights, multi-media broadcast rights, and print publication rights for all forms of Religious and Spiritual content will range from Religious and Spiritual services, ceremonies, celebrations, and festivals, to Religious and Spiritual educational and cultural activities. The Word Foundation will also develop a world-wide directory of temples, shrines, mosques, churches and other religious and spiritually-oriented organizations, related social outreach and community services, and appropriate spiritual publications and broadcasts. ISKCON University ISKCON University of Bhagavata Culture will be a center for learning about the deeper meaning of life and living. The main focus of the University will be the cultivation of human values and the exploration of religious truths. The institution will have various departments, including the College of Sankirtana, a College of Brahamacaries and monastic life, a Department of Language, a Department of Theobiology, an Advanced Studies in Mantra and Spiritual Technology, a School of Interreligious Studies, a School of Srimad Bhagavatam and Vedanta, a School of Health and Natural living. a College of Ayurveda and Naturopathy (Alternative Medicine), a College of Art and Culture, the Ranganiketan College of Performing Arts, and a School of Martial Arts. This project is taking place at Imphal, Manipur, in northeast India, and will provide a new model for educa tion - one that integrates spiritual values. Through emphasizing the importance of human values such as self-knowledge, charity, and truthfulness, the University hopes to inspire effective and innovative solutions to problems such as drug addiction and crime.
