________________ 1999 GIFTS O F SERVICE Mətin VBA BANESORE NAGSALIT Walk Through Time The Foundation for Global Community is a nonprofit, educational organization that works to discover, live, and communicate what is needed to build a world that functions for the benefit of all life. In order to demonstrate humanity's connection to all life, the Foundation has developed an exhibit and a book entitled The Walk Through Time. The exhibit is a 90-panel, one-mile experience of life evolving on our planet, and it presents the 5 billion year story in pictures and words to connect participants to their ancient biological origins. Since the human appears only in the last panel, viewers get a sense of their minute place among all species. Through partaking in this experience, people will get a sense for the interdependency and intimate connections mankind has with all life. As a result, they will hopefully rethink their relationship with all life and make decisions that benefit all creatures.
