________________ (121) Here बुन्नउ (< विषण्ण:) illustrates the sutra. Of उक्त the adesa is वुत्त. e. g. “ मई वुत्त' ( = मया उक्तम् ) (of. above illustration 421.1) Of वर्मन् the adesa is विच. e. g. जं मणु विञ्चि न माइ। (यद् मनः वर्त्मनि (= तन्मध्ये) न माति ।) (Vide : sātra. 350.1) 422. 'शीघ्र' - आदि - (शब्दा)नां वहिल्ल' - आदि -(आदेशाः भवन्ति )। In Apabhramśa fia and several other words are substituted by area and other ādeśas. (Illustration of वहिल adesa of शीघ्र) : (1) एकं कदा अपि न आगच्छसि, अन्यद् शीघ्रं गच्छसि । । मया मित्र प्रमाणितः त्वया सदृशः खलः न हि ॥ " Firstly, you have not been coming (since long); and, again, (now) you are going away too soon : I have realised, friend, that there is no scoundrel like you." . Of शकट (= 'a. quarrel' ) the adesa. is घंघल : (2) यथा सुपुरुषाः तथा झकटकाः (कलहाः) यथा नद्यः तथा वलनानि । ___ यथा पर्वताः तथा कोटराणि (हे) हृदय खिद्यसे किम् ॥ " As there are good men, so there are quarrels tos) (among themselves ); as there are rivers, so there are meanderings also; as there are mountains, so there are ra.vines (too) (-such is indeed the scheme of things l this world) : why then, O (my) heart, do you get depressed ? (Reconcile yourself to this state of things )." Here though Hemcandra has classed and as a Sanal it word, in fact, it is of Deśya origin. Cf. Moc. Gui. 98 it. Of अस्पृश्यसंसर्ग the adesa. is विट्टाल : (3) ये त्यक्त्वा रत्ननिधि आत्मानं तटे क्षिपन्ति । तेषां शङ्खाना अस्पृश्यसंसर्गः परं, (ते) फूक्रियमाणाः भ्रमन्ति ॥ Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
