That in which the Object of Comparison is Compared by means of Sleșas is Sleșopamā. samkhalovamā jahā : saggassa va kaņaa-giri kamcaņa-giriņo (va) mahialam' hou mahivihassa-vi bhara-dharaņa paccalo taha tumaṁ cea || 26 The illustration of Śņikhalopama : As the Golden Mount (i.e. Meru) is capable to bear the great burden of the Heaven, and as the earth-surface is capable of bearing the great burden of Mount Meru, so it is only you who are capable of bearing the great burden of the vast earth. lesovamā jahā : so samjhā-rāa-samo' cala-pemmo jo jaņo suhao so kim bhāsai samjhā-rāeņa va jo ņa rischoli || 27 The illustration of the ślesopamā : That person who is attractive, but fickle in love is like the twilight colour ....(?) susarisamāpakhevaṁ (?) vialai sa cceva hoi daravialā | ekkakkamovamāņehi hoi ekkakkamā ņāma || 28 The Upamā which... is caled Isadvikalā.
