________________ 332] જૈન કેન્ફરન્સ હેરલ્ડ. [નવેમ્બર remarked to Yashovijayaji's mother that she must have had to observe a fast the previous day. The mother replied in the negative and related how well her son performed the Guru's task Hearing this the Guru was spell-bound and thought it would be a great thing for the Jain religion to secure such a man as one of the congregation of Sadhus. The Guru gently asked of her to dedicate her son, so that she would earn merit of great order. The mother consented and Yashovijaya was initiated into the fold of Sudhus by Nayavijayaji.
