Referring to your letter No. 3110G of 1911 dated the 19th July 1911, I beg to inform you that I was in correspondence with the Sirohi Panchas in convection with the deputation which is to wait upon the Hon'ble the Agent to the Governor General and I have learnt from them that they have forwarded their representation to the Hon'ble the A. G. G, which should have reached his office timely. I shall therefore thank you to let me know about the time after Diwali vacation-s i. e. after the 25th October which would best suit to Hon'ble the A. G. G. to receive our deputation.
