subject of grant of lands free or on nominal rentals.
(e) That, the municipality has also similarly recognised the Society and its objects.
(f) That the absence of the grant of the land to the Society will inconvenience it much more than the use to which Government can put the land for any purposes in any of their projects. (g) That, the constitution, standing and the history of the Society are a sufficient guarantee that the land if granted will be put to the best use in the interest of the public.
(h) That, the situation of the land being very near the proposed Archecological museum, the library and study for re-search work located on this land will further stimulate interest in Archaeology in Gujarat.
25. The Managing Committee of the Society earnestly hope and urge that Government will be pleased to consider the claims of the society and grant to it the said land admeasuring about 300 sq. yds. of S. No. 4663 on the expiry of its present lease on 31st March 1930.
