Like Vayubhuti, know it for certain therefore, that it is more perpetual than dravya by virtue of its ( power of ) remembering the former birth ctc. ( 1956 . टीका-इह भूतेन्द्रियातिरिक्तस्य पूर्वाभिहितानुमानादिप्रमाणसिद्धस्यात्मन एव संबन्धिनी चेतना मन्तव्या, न भूतधर्मः। स चात्मा जातिस्मर णादिहेतुर्दैव्यतो नित्य इति वायुभूतिरिव प्रतिपयस्व । अतो नैकान्तानित्यत्वपक्षोक्तो दोषः, पर्यायत एवाऽस्यानित्यत्वादिति भावः ॥४०॥ (१९५६) D.
