________________ Ratnakarandaka-śrāvakācāra कृतमात्मार्थं मुनये ददाति भक्तमिति भावितस्त्यागः । अरतिविषादविमुक्तः शिथिलितलोभो भवत्यहिंसैव ॥ ९७४ ॥ The ascetic should be offered food out of that prepared for family, with pure thoughts, without any indifference or regret. Left: This typical posture - the thumb and fingers of right hand joined together and touching the shoulder - of a Jaina muni indicates that he is now ready for partake of food. Right: As the householder sees him, he welcomes him with utmost joy, chanting, "O Lord! I bow to you, I bow to you, I bow to you; here, here, here; stop, stop, stop." As the muni stops, he is welcomed by the gesture of circumambulating him thrice.
